I was contacted a while back by a fellow photographer inquiring about a session.  She wanted to give some photos to her parents as a gift and actually be IN some of the pictures.  This past weekend we finally had the chance to meet up and I think the session went great!  I’m beginning to think that maybe I should do the same thing some day… or else my son will look back at photos from his childhood and wonder what I looked like!  Here’s a sneak peek for you!

I spent this past weekend in NYC visiting family and while I was there I had a maternity session with Meg.  She is just days away from her due date and looks amazing!  Between her gorgeous belly and her gorgeous apartment, it was easy to capture the her personality and the anticipation and excitement as she waits for her first child to be born.  Here’s a sneak peek for you!

When I was asked to photograph a toddler and a dog my first inclination was to run away as fast as I can!   But this little guy is the son to one of my husbands closest friends, so I knew they would be forgiving if the session didn’t go so well.  I don’t know what I was so worried about!  Both the toddler and the dog surprised me by being so well behaved!  I had SO MUCH fun photographing him!  He is such a happy boy, full of smiles for the camera!  Here’s a sneak peek from our session:
